At GRAY PANDA, we want you to love every purchase. If something is not right, we make returns simple and hassle-free. No emails, no long processes just a few clicks on our website and we will take care of the rest.


Return Window

You can raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.


How To Return Simple 3 Step Process

Step 1 Raise a Return Request on Our Website
- Log in to your account on graypanda.in
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order you want to return
- Click "Return Order"
- Select your reason for return
- Submit your request

Step 2 Our Delivery Partner Comes to You
- Once your return request is approved (within 24 hours)
- Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address
- You do not need to go anywhere or ship the product yourself
- The pickup agent will do a basic physical check of the product at your doorstep
- The product must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging

Step 3 Refund Processed
- Once pickup is completed and product passes the quality check
- Your refund will be processed within 3-4 working days
- Refund will be credited back to your original payment method


Valid Reasons for Return

You will see these options when raising a return request on our website:

- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Color or size is different from what I ordered
- Product is significantly different from the website description

Return ConditionsWhat the Pickup Agent Will Check

Our pickup agent will verify the following at your doorstep before accepting the return:

- Product is unused and unworn
- All original tags are intact and attached
- Product is in original packaging
- No stains, scratches, or damage caused by customer
- Original invoice is available

If the product does not meet these conditions the pickup agent has the right to reject the return at the doorstep.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Product has been used or washed
- Tags have been removed
- Product is damaged by the customer
- Product purchased during final sale or clearance

 

Refund Timeline

After successful pickup and quality check:

- UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking:
  Refund within 3-4 working days

- Cash on Delivery orders:
  Refund via bank transfer within 3-4 working days
  (You will need to provide your bank account details)


Exchange Policy

Want a different color or size instead of a refund?

- Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" in My Orders
- Choose your preferred color or size
- Our pickup agent will collect the original product
- Replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days
- Exchange is subject to stock availability

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
- Go to My Orders on graypanda.in
- Click "Cancel Order"
- Full refund will be processed within 3-4 working days

After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Please wait for delivery and then raise a return request


Damaged Product Received

If your product arrives damaged:

- Take photos and a video while opening the package
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Select reason "Product received is damaged"
- We will prioritize your case and arrange immediate pickup
- Full refund or replacement will be processed on priority
